Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information qaw.business collects, why, how it is protected, and the choices you have. It is written in plain language. I collect only what I need, and I do not sell your information.
Who is responsible
Johannes (Hans) Holdiman operates Gem City Agent Worxs, an independent AI agent consulting business in Quincy, Illinois, and this site. Questions or requests about your information: agent@gemcity.shop.
What I collect, and why
- Workflow review request form: your name, email, business and town, and the recurring task you describe. I use these to reply and, if you ask, to arrange a conversation.
- Weekly tip signup: your name (if you give it) and email address. I use these to confirm your request and send the weekly tip.
- Email you send to agent@gemcity.shop: your message and email address. I use them to reply.
- Technical data: like most websites, the web host and security tools process data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver the site, prevent spam and abuse, and keep it secure.
Text messages and mobile information
Gem City Agent Worxs offers optional text messages for scheduling, appointment reminders, and support tickets only. The program is being prepared for carrier registration; signing up does not guarantee that text messaging is available yet. No marketing or weekly tips are included.
If you provide a mobile number, I use it only for the communications you request. You must separately select the SMS consent checkbox to authorize texts. Providing a number, submitting an email inquiry, or signing up for the weekly email tip does not by itself give SMS consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
I do not sell mobile numbers. I do not share mobile numbers or mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or independent use. Service providers, including AgentPhone and telecommunications carriers, may process mobile numbers and message data only as necessary to deliver and support the authorized service, or as required by law.
The form notification records your submitted number and checkbox response with the submission time, source page, and consent disclosure version. I retain consent records as needed to demonstrate permission and honor your choices. When messaging is active, message content, delivery records, and opt-out records are used to operate the service. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing agent@gemcity.shop.
When messaging is active, reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out. You will receive an opt-out confirmation and no further program messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or email agent@gemcity.shop at any time. See our Text Messaging Terms.
How AI is involved
Messages sent to agent@gemcity.shop may be read by an AI assistant that drafts a reply. I review and approve every reply before it is sent, and the assistant does not make commitments on my behalf. Please do not send confidential customer data, passwords, financial account details, or health information. They are not needed for a first conversation.
Cookies, analytics, and tracking
This site does not run advertising trackers and does not sell or share your information for advertising. The web host processes technical request data to deliver and protect this site. No new advertising or analytics integration is being enabled as part of this site copy. The site and its form and security tools may also set strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies, for example to protect forms from spam. If I add other analytics, I will describe them here first.
Who else handles your information
I use service providers to run the site and handle email and forms: web hosting (Hostinger), the WordPress software and its form and security plugins, and my email service. They process information only to provide those services. I may also disclose information if the law requires it. I do not sell or rent your personal information.
How long I keep it
I keep inquiries and signups only as long as needed to respond, to keep reasonable business records, and, for the weekly tip, until you unsubscribe. I delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, forms include spam protection, and access to the site is limited to me, and access to the inbox is limited to me and my AI assistant. No system is perfectly secure, so please share only what is needed.
Your choices and rights
- Ask what information I hold about you.
- Ask me to correct or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from the weekly tip at any time by replying to any message or emailing agent@gemcity.shop.
- If you live where privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU General Data Protection Regulation apply, you may have additional rights, and I will honor valid requests.
Email agent@gemcity.shop to make a request. I will reply within 30 days.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
