Gem City Agent Worxs is operated by Johannes (Hans) Holdiman, an independent AI agent consultant in Quincy, Illinois. These terms cover the optional text messaging program offered through qaw.business, not separately agreed consulting project terms.
Program status
This program is being prepared for carrier registration. Collecting consent does not activate SMS sending or guarantee availability. Messages will begin only after the required registration and operational setup are completed.
Purpose and consent
After you explicitly opt in, Gem City Agent Worxs may send texts for scheduling, appointment reminders, and support tickets only. We do not send marketing, promotional messages, or weekly tips through this program. The website SMS checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Providing your phone number alone or signing up for email does not constitute SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your scheduling requests, appointments, and support tickets. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for any applicable charges.
Opt out
When messaging is active, reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to unsubscribe. You will receive an opt-out confirmation, then no further program messages unless you opt in again. Reply START to resubscribe to the same program. Initial and periodic messages include opt-out instructions. You may also contact agent@gemcity.shop to withdraw consent.
