I’m Johannes (Hans) Holdiman, the person behind Gem City Agent Worxs and an AI agent consultant in Quincy, Illinois. I help local owners get practical work off their plates without handing over control.

The business experience behind the build

I’ve managed a three-screen cinema here in Quincy and have run a small retail business. Staffing, scheduling, vendor coordination, and daily accountability shaped how I think about a useful system: someone owns the task, the process fits the staff, and completion gets checked.

Operations before software

I look at the handoff and the responsibility before choosing a tool. Sometimes the right fix is a clearer process, not another agent.

Hands-on technical work

My existing projects include network setup and cinema equipment networking. That background supports connecting systems, diagnosing problems, and documenting the handoff.

What I’m working on now

I use scheduled briefings and deadline checks in my own workflow, and I’m shaping a consulting practice around manageable projects for local small businesses. This is current focus, not a list of client results.
